Credits for CUNY viewing

CUNY's viewings of Accessing Higher Ground 2019 are open to all members of CUNY, including faculty, staff & students. 

Relevant for those in Disability Services, IT, graphic design, marketing, libraries, instructional design, and interested faculty and students.

Drop in for any or all sessions! RSVP HERE  to reserve a spot.

  Video Conference Room, 1L-220A and Ancillary Conference Room, 1L-218E –
  Take library’s main elevator or staircase to 2nd floor. From elevator, turn left and then bear right towards the 2nd floor group study rooms.  From the stairs, turn right. Proceed ahead to the group study rooms. You will see signs for both rooms on the right-hand side.

  4th Floor, Room 414 & 416 –Turn left at the elevator bank. Classrooms are at the end of the hall on the right.
   
• Kingsborough Community College
  Directions to college
  2001 Oriental Blvd
  Academic Village rooms, V202 and V219--Take elevator to 2nd floor, make a left, room V219 is 1st door on left. For room V202 make a left off elevator, then a right, V202 will be 2nd door on the left after you pass the stair case.
   
• Lehman College
  Directions to college
  • Wed 11/20 10 am to 5:45 pm – Science Building –Room 1405 1st floor.  
  • Thurs 11/21 10 am-6 pm -- Carman Hall -- Room 125
  • Fri 11/22 11:00 am to 5:00 pm – Science Building-Room 1405

At Lehman food is available in the cafeteria located in the basement of the Music Bldg.  Access-A-Ride and rideshare pick-up & drop off locations:

• Science Bldg 2990 Goulden Ave. (Gate 6)
• Carman 2760 Goulden Ave (Gate 1)

• Sorry, due to the agreement with the conference producers, remote access at other locations is not available.  Access to high quality recording of the conference will be available approximately two months after the conference for a limited number of individuals, generally including those who attend in person.

The times of the sessions listed on AHEAD's Accessing Higher Ground conference website are in Mountain Time zone.  Convert them to Eastern Time zone, two hours later, for CUNY's viewing time, or use the schedule converted to EST linked from this page.*

Presented and hosted by AHEAD, Accessing Higher Ground is conducted in collaboration with ATHEN in Westminster, CO.  The live broadcast allows remote viewers to ask the presenters questions and interact via chat for those sessions included in the virtual viewing.
