This guide was created by the City University of New York's Libraries Statistics working group to share information with CUNY librarians about how to gather and report statistics for the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) for 2013-2014 and the IPEDS-AL component which replaces the ALS survey.
In order to ensure consistent reporting, the Task Force has written these guidelines to clarify the instructions published by ACRL and IPEDS AL. As a general rule, survey respondents should follow the Instructions for each question but integrate CUNY guidelines as well.
For both surveys, please report data for the period July 1, 2013-June 30, 2014.
