Titles and Volumes (Questions 1–5)
For questions 1-3, ACRL title and volume counts should include e-books that are owned or leased and have been
cataloged by your library.

1. Number of Titles held June 30, 2014 (all formats) _______________

(Use Table 1, which includes serial titles. Include titles provided through patron driven acquisitions.)

2. Number of Volumes held June 30, 2014 (print plus electronic) ______

Look at your response to ACRL Question 2 from last year and add volumes added, and subtract volumes withdrawn. Include e-books. Volumes added may be obtained by adding:

1. Aleph supplied count of orders adjusted for item process status and location (see Table 2 ), plus
2. Local adjustments, such as bound periodicals, gifts added, or purchases that do do not have Aleph order records plus
3. Ebooks added (see Table 3, column 3 )

3. Basis of volume count is (Physical/Bibliographical):If using Aleph-supplied numbers, use "Bibliographical."

4. Electronic books (included in Question 2)   ________________
