Typically, each colleges of CUNY maintains a general college budget (comprised largely of NYS [Sr. colleges] and NYC [Comm. colleges] appropriations and tuition and fees), a Tech Fee budget, a student auxiliary fund, a student association fund, foundation accounts including and other than the Research Foundation grants budgets, and if appropriate a child care center budget.
