  • October 1, 2018: Make sure your chief librarian has an IPEDS login from your campus Institutional Research
  • January 23, 2019: Join us for our ACRL/IPEDS workshop and webinar. 10am - noon in Room 962 or via Web Ex.  RSVP to Shamiana Pond (
  • February 15, 2019: Have your data completed and send ACRL/IPEDS logins and passwords to Shamiana Pond (
  • March 10, 2019: Submit ACRL and IPEDS data (IPEDS data must read as "clean")

For both surveys, please report data for the period July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018.

Getting started

We strongly recommend completing ACRL first and then using that data to complete IPEDS.
