Items found without Collection Codes and Aleph sub-libraries will not be migrated, as stated in writing by the vendor. These items should be corrected each month to ensure all a smooth migration.
Any items found without location codes are assigned temporarily to collection UNKWN. These items are listed on the fourth of each month in a report named unassigned_items in Aleph Task Manager. They can also be found using a CCL search: WOW=XX and WCL=UNKWN

On the 4th of every month, review unassigned_items to assign collection codes to items temporarily assigned to UNKWN collection. Review any discernible patterns for the creation of these items to improve workflows and better train staff.
