Aleph clean-up projects with an imminent completion target date

As June draws to a close, the Office of Library Services would like to remind you of some Aleph optimization projects whose recommended completion date (July 1!) is coming up:

• Suppressed Records Clean-Up
  Review inactive bibliographic records to determine whether BIB records should be removed or have suppressed ITM & HOL added in Aleph.
• Acquisitions & Serials
  Close PO records and Serial Patterns for inactive serial subscriptions.
• Collection Code & Circulation Policy Synchronization
  Add at least one item to each new collection.
